Before you ask
Most of the questions we get at the counter are the same five, so here they are in writing. If your question is not below, use the contact form — it reaches the same people who bake the cakes, and it is answered the same day.
The short version: everything is made here, in one kitchen, in daily batches. Whole cakes come in three sizes and are also sold by the slice. Custom orders need a few days' notice, and more for tiered or hand-decorated work. Pastries are a morning product. Allergens are listed plainly on the ingredients page because guessing is not good enough when someone is allergic.
If you are ordering for an event, the two things worth deciding early are the number of guests and the time you need everything ready. Those two answers set the cake size, the number of platters and the delivery slot, and everything else follows from them.

The counter is the fastest route for anything about today — what is in the case, whether a particular cake is cut, how many slices are left. The contact form is better for anything about a future date: an order, a quantity, a delivery slot, or a question about ingredients that needs a careful answer rather than a quick one.
When you write, three lines are usually enough: the date, the number of people, and what you have in mind. We will tell you what is possible, what needs more notice, and what it costs, and we will say so plainly if a request does not suit our kitchen. It is better to send you somewhere that can do the job properly than to accept an order we would have to apologise for later.
